We will be offering a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

After the first year, the customer need only ship us back the unit prepaid with $50.00 (75 Watt Models) or $100 (150 Watt Models) and we will repair or replace the unit for as long as he owns the product (excludes light bulbs).


Lifetime Illuminator Warranty

• Fiber Optic Technologies warrants its products excluding light bulbs, to be free from defects for one year from the date of original purchase.
  
• If a defect occurs within the first year, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option.
  
• This warranty covers normal consumer use and does not cover failure resulting from misuse, alteration, improper installation or maintenance.
  
• To file a warranty claim, an R.G.A. must first be obtained. The product must be shipped prepaid to our warranty/service location.
  
• After the first year a check for $50.00 on illuminator model #FTL75Q (used in all kits) or $100.00 on illuminator models TL and CL must accompany the unit for any service under warranty.
