- Free freight allowance on orders of $5000 to one location at one time.

| Early Buy Terms |
- Order minimum $3,000
- Order date by January 31, 2002 - 3 post-dated checks prior to shipment dated April 1, May 1, June 1, 2002

| Returned Goods |
- Must have an R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
- Must be prepaid.
- 25% restocking charge on new, unopened cartons.

| Lifetime Illuminator Warranty |
- Fiber Optic Technologies warrants its products excluding light bulbs, to be free from defects for one year from the date of original purchase.
- If a defect occurs within the first year, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option.
- This warranty covers normal consumer use and does not cover failure resulting from misuse, alteration, improper installation or maintenance.
- To file a warranty claim, an R.G.A. must first be obtained. The product must be shipped prepaid to our warranty/service location.
- After the first year a check for $50.00 on illuminator model #FTL75Q (used in all kits) or $100.00 on illuminator models TL and CL must accompany the unit for any service under warranty.
